DOA policy (Dead On Arrival)

Our phones comes with a 10 days DOA(Dead On Arrival) replacement guarantee from the date of purchase for products purchased only from www.hyve.buzz. Unfortunately, we do not offer DOA replacement after this period.

Process Note:DOA shall not be considered under the following conditions:

  1. 1. - Any Software related issues Any Hang,
  2. 2. - Restart, Battery back-up,
  3. 3. - Heating related issue which can be resolved through Software Update
  4. 4. - In case the defect is not reproduced at Authorized Service Center (ASC)
  5. 5. - Issues related to Network or Network Service provider Issues related to Accessories
  6. 6. - Issues caused by any customer-induced damage or tempering
  7. 7. - Any physical or esthetical scratches or damage
  8. 8. - Any handset that is returned with damaged original packaging materials or cartons

Eligibility Criteria

  1. 1. - To be eligible for a DOA replacement, Units once receive at Service Center will undergo below quality check
  2. 2. - Scratch, bumping, paint falloff, water entry, severe damages
  3. 3. - No display on screen/segment missing
  4. 4. - Start-up failure
  5. 5. - Logging-in or communications abnormal
  6. 6. - No vibration or ring
  7. 7. - Dialing error
  8. 8. - Power-off abnormal
  9. 9. - SIM poor contact
  10. 10. - Keypad control invalid
  11. 11. - No sound, one-way soundless or volume abnormal
  12. 12. - Enclosure cracking due to the structural or material factors. (except the faults due to network factors)

If eligible for DOA replacement, your request will be procesed and you will be notified through email along with :
